A Daughters Birthday

November was a pretty busy month for everyone. Birthdays and traveling sure can make a month seem like a week. One birthday especially is close to my heart. My daughter Meagan. My, my, how time does fly. She is finding this out too with the birth of her son, Jackson. Time seems so precious now-a-days. To be with family and friends is truly a joyous time. This year for Megs birthday we all gathered at Sho-guns in South Lake. Great food and great company. I had a blast with all the kids, and I think they all had fun too. We did have a couple of them missing though. Cade is in the Navy based in Virginia and Tim (Tiffani's husband) had a special event himself in Houston. We missed both of them terribly.

The beautiful birthday girl with hubby Jeremiah.

Meagan, Jeremiah and Jackson.....the love of their lives.

Great gifts, great family and friends and great food! What more could a girl ask for? Ok Meg....I know....diamonds wouldn't hurt.

Sunni and Jackson. We are all so blessed to have happy, heathy kids.......and one more on the way......any week now. Can't wait to meet baby Clara!

Sweet little Ava playing Walrus with her chopsticks. Now if anyone is a character, it's this kid. Look up the word "precious" in the dictionary and you'll see Ava's picture.

A few of the boys hamming it up. Xavi, Jason and Jaime. These guys have a blast when they get together.

Aunt TT (aka Tiffani) and Ava doing what they do best together.......having FUN!!!

Well PROUD Pop had to get in the act too. Here I am with Meagan and Jackson.

Tiffani (aka Aunt TT or Bones) with Xavi (aka Mr. Good Times.....the man has fun with everything he does).

The lights were kind of low at Sho-Guns, and little Jackson had "deer in headlights" syndrom everytime a camera flashed. A great looking kid in any light!

Jaime and sweet Emili (aka "The Jet-setters").

Mommy (aka Sunni) and that gorgeous little girl!!! Ava...you are too cute!!
Even with a napkin hat........ha.

To round off the night at the restaurant, a sweet little kiss for Meg from hubby.

After that terrific dinner, we all headed over to Starbucks for some coffee. Ava loves their milk. This little girl also took hold of my camera and did her own Photo shoot...........

.....and ya know.....she didn't too bad.

All and all we had a great time. The babies keep us entertained, and the conversation is non-stop. I'll have more to come, but for now, I just want to say Happy Birthday Meagan and I love you.

Ha! I love all the pictures...except the double-chin one Ava took of me. We need to teach her about double-chins.

Cute ones of the birthday girl!
